At Vitality Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of peptide products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and processed, Vitality Peptides does not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations after shipment
  • Refund requests based on buyer’s remorse

Because research peptides are highly sensitive to handling and storage conditions, items cannot be safely restocked or resold after leaving our facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we will review claims for:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order

If you experience one of the above issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To File a Claim

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders delivered successfully to the provided address
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Refusal of package
  • International customs issues or seizures
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window

Shipping Issues

Vitality Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Customs holds or seizures (international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Vitality Peptides may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction
  • Refusal of future service
  • Submission of order documentation to the payment processor
